​Hello, my name is Emily Schlegel, and I am a senior Bioengineering student at the University of Pittsburgh. Originally from Philadelphia, I am passionate about exploring the diverse applications of bioengineering, from understanding cellular processes to advancing medical product development. I am also pursuing a minor in Industrial Engineering, which has deepened my interest in human factors and medical product design throughout my time in college.
